What is the setup fee actually for?
The $299 covers the work that only happens once: designing and building your site, writing the copy, training the receptionist on your prices, hours and rules, and connecting your calendar, your Google profile and the address your confirmations send from.
Is there a limit on calls?
No. You are never billed per call, per chat or per booking. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one, which is the whole point — a receptionist you avoid using isn't a receptionist.
What if I already have a website?
We'll rebuild it, and that's included. If you'd rather keep the site you have, we can put the chatbot on it instead — same price, since the receptionist and the portal are the bulk of the work either way.
Can I cancel?
At the end of any month, without giving a reason. There is no contract and no notice period. Your bookings export from the portal on the way out.
Who owns the website?
You do, including the domain. We host and edit it while you're a client; if you leave, we hand over the files.
When am I first charged?
After the setup call, once we've agreed what we're building. Creating a portal account costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
